Their primary purpose is oversight of junior and senior teams, providing them with up-to-date information and analysis about their surroundings, the locations of other teams, and linking them into ArcanaWatch's magical communication network. In addition, they coordinate with each other to analyze and identify problem areas, improving the safety of all teams and discerning troubling patterns that can be brought to adult Guardians.
